ARE THERE ANY SETUP FEES FOR THE WEBSITE DESIGN?

There’s an affordable fee for the initial building of your website. Depending on the size of your project, we’ll let you know how much it will cost.

You can choose from one of two choices. The first is a custom website built from scratch. These are unique layouts that are created for organizations that need to stand out in their niche.

Or you can choose to have us build your website from one of our templates. We’ll do all of the work for you. This solution is for businesses looking for a more affordable investment. You can check out our templates by going here.

 

DO YOU HAVE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?

Absolutely! If you’re not 100% amazed by our service within the first 60 days, we’ll refund all payments, no questions asked. If for any reason you’re not happy with our service after the first 60 days, then we’ll fix whatever issue you’re having, or give you credit for that month’s service fee.

 

WILL THERE BE OTHER FEES?

Your one-time initial fee plus your monthly plan includes everything to design, build, and maintain your website.
If you need any web tasks done for you, then you can sign up for the Pro, Premier, or VIP plan.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY WEBSITE?

Each website is different but on average we have a first draft completed within 1 month. If you’re on a tight time frame, let us know and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN AT A LATER TIME?

You can always move up to a higher plan if your needs increase. It’s rare but possible to move to a lower-tier plan if you need to. If you’re not sure of what your needs are, we recommend starting off on a lower-tier plan and you can upgrade later.

 

IS THERE A CONTRACT REQUIREMENT?

No, there are no contracts whatsoever. If for any reason you choose to end your service, you are free to take your website with you. You will be responsible for moving your website to your new host, or your new host can do it for you if they offer that option.

 

CAN I ADD MORE PAGES TO MY WEBSITE LATER?

Yes. Your website comes with a friendly page builder that you can use to build pages yourself. Or if you prefer for us to professionally build a new page for you, then you can sign up for the Pro, Premier, or VIP plan.

 

ARE THE RATES I’M SEEING INTRODUCTORY OFFERS?

No. In fact, we guarantee your monthly rate will stay the same for as long as your website is hosted with us.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WEB TASKS?

Here are some of the things that are covered under web tasks: creating new pages, installing plugins that add new functionality to your website, adding products to your store, publishing blog posts, and much more.

WHAT DO UP TO 1 OR 2 HOURS PER BUSINESS DAY MEAN?

For the Pro, Premier, and VIP plans that have web tasks included in their monthly plans, this refers to how long we will work on your web task per day until it gets completed.

So let’s say you send us a web task to create a new landing page and it takes us two hours to complete. If you’re on the Pro or Premier plan, then your task would take two business days to complete. But if you’re on the VIP plan, then your webpage would take only one day to complete.

 

DO MY UNUSED WEB TASKS ROLL OVER IF I DON’T USE THEM?

Sorry, your unused web tasks do not roll over to the next month.

 

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?

No, there are no contracts. You’re free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Our support hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time.

 

WHAT IF MY WEBSITE GOES DOWN ON A WEEKDAY OR ON THE WEEKEND?

All our care packages include the ability to restore your website from a backup should your website stop working. We have 30 days of backups stored for you and we take a backup of your site once a day.

If you’re on the VIP plan and your site goes down on Saturday or Sunday, then we can get your site up and running on the weekend instead of waiting for the next workday.
